AI assistant and analytics

Explaining decisions and analysing processes — without delegating the authority to grant rights.

What the assistant does

  • Explains why a particular control point decision was taken: which right applied and which constraints were checked.
  • Shows the state of a request: where the approval stands and what is delaying it.
  • Reveals patterns in processes: recurring denials, excessive rights, lengthy approval routes.
  • Produces policy change recommendations for an accountable person to decide on.

Limits of authority

Access control applies to the assistant exactly as it applies to the user: it cannot reveal information that the user cannot see in the platform interface.

Analytics

Rights

Structure of active rights by subject, zone and validity; share of expired and revoked rights.

Processes

Approval durations, rework rate, bottlenecks in routes.

Execution
