IDMATIC MOBILE and IDMATIC Edge

Verifying a right where there is no fixed control point, and executing the decision where there is no permanent link.

IDMATIC MOBILE — the mobile control point

  • Verification of rights at temporary sites, remote areas, during works and for field inspections.
  • Identification of the subject and verification of constraints: zone, action, validity, conditions.
  • Operation without connectivity, with later synchronisation of events.
  • Recording of manual operator decisions with a stated reason.

The secure QR as a container of a right

In IDMATIC NET a secure QR is a signed container of a right, not a plain link to a record. It carries verifiable constraints and a validity period, which allows the control point to decide locally.

The signature is verified at the control point; altering the content invalidates the container. Validity is checked locally, so an expired container is rejected even without a link to the core.

IDMATIC Edge — on-site execution

Local verification

The right, its constraints and validity are checked on site, without contacting the core on every event.

Event buffering

Events are stored locally and delivered without duplication once the link is restored.

Edge Hub

State exchange between the site's control points: consistent rules and prompt propagation of revocations.

Policy updates

Policies and revocation lists propagate from the Core to execution points whenever a link is available.

Mobile control point and Edge: local decision and synchronisationShows the offline loop and the moment WAN is restored.
